Good morning. Well I cannot lie, I am excited over a new product. I am talking about Spectrum Noir Aquatints. They are just bursting with colour and very versatile. They can be used neat, with gesso, caught in crystal, faux bleaching, stamp with etc etc etc. The list goes on and on. I feel very privileged to have been able to play with these for a while and hope that everyone likes the results of everyone's samples and soon enjoys playing witht them too.
Sheena is on create and craft with these and some of he new stamps and stencils over the weekend.
My first sample is using the Aquatints for the vibrant background, Sheena's new lion stamp, edges distressed, over lay with stamped acetate.

Morning from Norfolk. What a storm we had last night, but luckily we were tucked away in our tent from the thunder and lightening that was relentless.
Sorry there was no post yesterday but I was celebrating my 40th birthday!!!!!.

Hello. This is another quick post from the campsite.
I have used a section of one of Sheenas new embossing folders 4 times for the background and waxed the top. Having used distress ink to make a background I have then stamped and embossed the new images. Finally acetate over the top.
Sorry it's a quick post but got to make sure the tent is secure before the storms start.

Good morning from a very wet Lincolnshire, let's hope the sun soon has his hat back on!!.
Hopefully looking all of the Inkoids samples will make you smile and forget about the wet weather.
This sample is my hubby's favourite. We both think that these little chicks are so cute, and I'm sure you will agree when you get to play with them.
I have stamped the images with Stayzon, and then water coloured with Distress pens. Distress ink around the edges (vintage photo and bundled sage), and the paper is some from my stash. The flowers were from my ever growing flower box!!!!.
I hope you like this one, and don't forget to look at all the other Inkoids samples on their blog. You can get all the Inkoids blog addresses from Sheena's blog page.
So don't forget to tune in on Friday to see the lady herself at 11am, 4pm and 7pm.

Only one day to go until the launch of Sheena's new range "A Taste of India". Don't forget to set everything to record tomorrow at 8am, 1pm and 7pm.
This sample is made using my favourite stamp of the elephants, also the leaves and the leaf embossing folder. I distressed some centura pearl card using dried marigold, peeled paint and mustard seed, then put Versamark onto the embossing folder and ran the card through my Ebosser. I then randomly sprinkled gold embossing powder over the embossed image. I loved the end result, so added a elephant family.
Hope you have a great Sunday.

Hello everyone. Thank goodness it's the weekend. I've got a very full couple of days in the craft room, so steam will be coming off my scissors!!! Hope you all get some time to get crafty this weekend, and of course after the weekend comes Monday, which is when you can all get Sheena's new stamps and folders.
Here is another one of my samples. I made this one quite rich in colours, and when I used a matt embossing powder on the tiger, it felt a bit like flock, which I liked.
Anyway, have a lovely weekend and thanks for stopping by.
